Due to exceptionally strong demand for our 5-Litre buckets, orders are currently taking longer than usual to process. We are repacking from barrels into 5-Litre buckets to keep up with demand, and this additional work is increasing processing times.

Poutama Mutton Birds

Our delicious Tītī is harvested from the remote island of Poutama and surrounding islands during April and May of each year. Poutama is part of the group of islands near Stewart Island, known as the Tītī or Mutton Bird Islands.
